Community Involvement: I volunteered in various programs such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Give Kids a Smile, Columbus Public Health Extraction Clinic, Stowe Extraction Clinic and Pre-Dent Day.

Why did you decide to become a Dentist? Ever since I was a kid, I loved immersing myself in different forms of art. As I got older, I started pursuing a career in the sciences, but I still had not narrowed it down to what path I wanted to go down. A friend in college took me to a pre-dental club meeting and the rest is history! I was able to combine my love of working with my hands and helping individuals, to find my perfect job.

What inspires you to work at Preferred Dental Care? Being able to provide the best dental care I can for every person the walks through our doors. We work with every patient to ensure there are no stops or barriers to receiving treatment. Our goal is to have healthy individuals leaving our doors, and we do exactly that.

Hobbies and Interests: My parents are two fantastic cooks which spilled on to me. Cooking is my stress relief, my way of bringing friends together and it allows me to experiment with new creations. I also enjoy anything active outdoors, exploring new restaurants, and traveling.

What is a fun fact about yourself? A fun fact about myself is that I went to THE Ohio State University for undergrad and dental school. I’m a Buckeye through and through!

Favorite thing to do in Chelsea: My favorite thing to do in Manhattan is hang out on Saint Marks Place for food and drinks. Boka, Goodnight Sonny and Bua are some of my favorite bars/restaurants.
Also, people watching, we cannot forget how fun people watching is in this city—love everyone’s unique style and personalities, it’s another reason why I love working in the city.
