Community Involvement: I have volunteered to provide dental care in a number of different underserved communities such as the special needs population.

Why did you decide to become a Dentist? From a very young age I knew I was going to work in healthcare. As I made my way through high school and college I realized how important it is for me to have a career where I interact with my patients in a personal and hands-on way on a daily basis. I wanted to have the ability to help people out of pain immediately, as well as do work that will help my patients feel great about themselves. Dentistry seemed to fit perfectly with what I was looking for in a profession, and since I made that decision I have never looked back!

What inspires you to work at Preferred Dental Care? The passion and dedication that the whole team at Preferred Dental Care has in helping our patients receive the best dental care possible is a constant inspiration.

Hobbies and Interests: I love to travel and discover new places and new cuisines. Cooking and eating new foods from different cultures and countries is one of my favorite hobbies!

What is a fun fact about yourself? I was born and raised in Toronto, Canada, however I am no stranger to New York! My family would come to New York City to visit our grandparents and cousins multiple times a year when I was young, and I always had the feeling that this would be the place that I would settle in when I grew up.

Favorite thing to do in Long Island: Discovering and exploring new towns, neighborhoods, parks, beaches, etc. Long Island has so many diverse areas with so many fun activities!
